On the first day in October, 2021, Naseeb Abdul Juma Issack, popularly known by his stage name Diamond Platnumz, dropped a new vibe titled 'Gimme' featuring Nigerian star, Rema.

The young talented Nigerian singer and rapper, Rema who is signed to Mavin records' imprint, Jonzing World links up with Tanzanian bongo flava recording artist, dancer, philanthropist, and businessman, Diamond Platnumz for "Gimme".

Diamond Platnumz who hails from Tandale, Dar es Salaam is the founder and CEO of WCB Wasafi Record Label, Zoom Extra and Wasafi Media. He is currently working on his next project and this could just be the first single of the tape.

This collaboration took us by surprise. I believe most Diamond Platnumz fans were not expecting a collaboration with Rema. Well, it is here and we are still feeling their chemistry on this track. The Gimme song shows Diamond Platnumz is evolving. He took a little step away from bongos to accommodate the afro-fusion melody from Rema. Rema once more showed how matured he has become on this danceable tune. He also borrowed Wizkid's intro on the record.
