Mr P VS Rudeboy, Who Is Doing Better In Music?

Four years ago, Peter Okoye and Paul Okoye the twin brothers who formed the Psquare music group decided to dissolve the music group after having a series of misunderstandings. This happened sometime in September 2017.

The Nigerian duo fought heavily on social media over who was more talented and who should be composing their songs. Though there were rumors of the issue being too personal, we just haven't been able to get a clear picture of what the situation truly was to date.

This came as a shock to many Nigerians. To many, Psquare should have been together for ages but that has not been the case. Influencers even called their attention to one of the lines in their songs “Peter and Paul them be one no be two” hoping that will reunite them all to no avail.

The Psquare crashed just after they lost the Globacom endorsement in February 2016 probably because of their reoccurring fights o social media that were hunting their brand.

As a result of that, they decided to pathways, closing down their jointly owned Square Records. The duo who has recorded 5 studio albums (Last Nite 2003, Get Squared 2005, Game Over 2007, Danger 2009, The Invasion 2011, and Double Trouble 2014) and banged over 41 awards destroyed their union leaving their 1,274,601 subscribers on YouTube to go solo.

This is barely three years after splitting up for a solo career. Paul Okoye aka Rudeboy has dished out so many hit single as well as his brother Peter 'Mr P' Okoye.

The latter recently dished out his first album as a solo artist tagged 'The Prodigal'.
