 "A Better Time"  VS  "Made In Lagos" (Choose Wisely)

After all the drama in 2020, we finally have two projects from Wizkid and Davido to take us through the remaining days of the year. 

The year has seen us locked up indoors in fear of Coronavirus as we maintained social distancing and lockdowns to contain the pandemic. The recent #EndSARS protests resulting from more lives lost to police brutality in Nigeria raised so much tension in the country as well. 

However, Wizkid and Davido and a host of other Nigerian stars have all dropped their projects this year. 

Wizkid and his friends and family as he will love to call them ensured we had a glorifying Starboy experience in the album. Though the album got a 4/5 rating from us, it could have gone on to be a 5/5 body of work. It has all the potentials of a classic album should have.

Davido is a creative talent whose materials have for a while now dominated the African music scene. The first single off this project still bangs to date. Despite the heavy collaborations on this project, the album got a 4/5 rating from us. Davido intensifies his quest for hit and banging tunes and his desire to penetrate the American market in “A Better Time” album.
